- Sheets, blankets, towels, and TV are also included in a December through March rental
- All units pay their own electric bills
- All rental units are non-smoking
- No pets in rentals units

- Apr - Oct $900 a month plus electric (First and Last due upon arrival)
- Nov - $1,000 a month plus electric
- Dec - $1,100 a month plus electric
- Jan, Feb & Mar - $1,500 a month plus electric

Trailer Units
- Annual rent $675 a month plus electric (move in amount $1,300)
- Apr - Oct - $725 a month plus electric. (First & Last due upon arrival)
- Nov - $800 a month plus electric

- Jan, Feb & Mar - $1,000 a month plus electric
